The production process begins with the preparation of raw materials, followed by cleaning, cutting and pre-treatment. After this, the material is rinsed (if necessary) and then dried. The next stage is screening and grading, after which the material is ground (if required) and flavoured. Finally, the product is packaged and stored ready for transportation.
②Installations
The following equipment is required for the handling of raw materials: cleaning equipment, cutting and pre-treatment equipment, rinsing equipment (if required), drying equipment, screening and classifying equipment, grinding equipment (if required), flavouring equipment (if required) and packaging equipment. Additionally, the following auxiliary equipment is necessary: conveyor belts and control systems. Finally, storage and transportation equipment is required.
