(Ⅱ)Warranty Policy

For a period of 1-5 years, customers can enjoy free warranty service. This covers both product-related issues (if the product is not used in accordance with the instructions, if modifications are made without authorisation, etc.) and quality-related issues. In such cases, customers are not required to pay for repair costs. Once the warranty period has elapsed, the user is entitled to benefit from our lifelong paid service. We guarantee the availability of spare and wear parts, ensuring the continued safe production of our drying systems throughout their entire life cycle.

(1)Please provide clarification regarding the scope of this warranty?

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. In the event of a product or component proving to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a warranty replacement or refund..

(2) Please advise on the best way to resolve this issue?

Ourapproach will be to consider one of three potential scenarios, dependent on the nature of the defect and the product in question。

Please send a brand new replacement for the defective product.

Should the faulty component of the product be identifiable, we shall dispatch the requisite replacement part and dispatch a service technician to the site to effect the replacement and installation.

In the event that a defect is identified, a service technician will be dispatched to investigate. Once the issue has been identified, the technician will either rectify the problem immediately or notify the required replacement part. The technician will then proceed to the site to service and repair the product.

(3) Could you kindly clarify how long the coverage is valid for?

The warranty period lasts for a period of between one and five years from the date of the original purchase of the industrial, commercial and domestic dehydrator. In the event of a warranty claim, replacement products or spare parts will be covered for the remainder of the original product warranty period or for 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Please note that replacement parts purchased outside of a warranty claim are not covered by the warranty.

(4) Please be advised that the following items are not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, improper maintenance or unauthorised alterations. Please note that any cosmetic and collateral damage will not be covered.

Once the installation is complete, simply connect your premises' 3-phase supply to the unit's main breaker, which is located in the control box. These units require no ongoing maintenance or consumables, only the cleaning that is necessary to comply with product specifications and local health authority regulations.

② Machinery customisation and maintenance services

Our equipment customisation and maintenance services include designing and manufacturing specialised equipment according to customer requirements, ensuring that the equipment meets the specific needs of the production process. Our maintenance services include regular inspections, troubleshooting, parts replacement and performance optimisation, with the aim of ensuring long-term efficient operation of the equipment. We provide round-the-clock technical support, responding promptly to customer requests in order to extend the lifespan of equipment, reduce periods of downtime and enhance overall productivity.
