1.  Introduction to Rotary Calciner

Indirect rotary calcining kiln equipment has the advantages of strong structure, reliable operation, continuous operation, strong adaptability, large processing capacity and easy maintenance. It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, coal and other industries. It is very suitable for drying materials such as modified deoxidation under continuous high temperature.

The heat generated by the combustion of natural gas in the combustion chamber heats the rotating drum body evenly. The material is fed into the rotary drum through the quantitative feeder, and it is continuously moved forward by the rotation and inclination of the drum body. During the movement, the heated drum body transfers heat to the material, causing its temperature to rise, and the product is calcined. The calcined product is discharged from the tail end in a high-temperature state.
